Service agreement
The written agreement defines scope, fees, currency, payment milestones, remote delivery, acceptance, confidentiality, authorised data use, intellectual property, changes, and support. Browsing or requesting a quotation does not create a paid order.
Lawful use and AI limitations
Clients must have rights to supplied data and systems. Do not request unlawful access, fraud, infringement, or unlawful personal-data processing. AI outputs may contain errors and require appropriate human review.
